Yiannis Thomopoulos

Yiannis Thomopoulos (a.k.a. S.ak.u) works in commercials and film.
Long time ago, he studied at Athens University and M.A. at Harrow WestM University.
He thinks, he combines inner rhythm and strong visual storytelling into TV commercials, music videos and feature films.
He has been directing commercials for leading brands as Ferrero Rocher, Coca Cola, Heineken, Vodafone, Cosmote and many more, and receiving some Awards (Ermis Awards, four times AdAge the Best Award, and finalist at New York Adv film festival).
He currently works also as co-creative for many foreign and local T.V. commercials.
He is interested in the underwater cinematography, waste time documentary and extreme slow motion film techniques.
