Fivos Kontogiannis
About:
Fivos Kontogiannis was born in Athens in 1983. He studied fine arts in Athens and Cinema at
the Philosophy department of the university of Rome and graduated from Nuova Univetsita del Cinema Televisione (Cinecitta Studios). He worked for 5 years in Italy and 5 years in Greece as an assistant director for more than 15 feature films. He has also written
and directed four short films and two feature documentaries that have been screened and
awarded in festivals around the world. Currently he is living and working in Athens as a director in commercials. He just completed his fifth short film “Golden Fingers” and he is also developing the script of his first feature film.
